Live Brilliantly: A Study in the Book of 1 John

In what seems like a world filled with darkness and despair, do you feel like you can’t see any light? When love seems to be a notion of the past, do you wonder what true love looks like? 1 John is full of assurances that while we might not find light and love in this world, we can find it in the One who created it.

Join Lenya Heitzig and she Ministries as we study the short yet mighty book of 1 John in our upcoming citywide Bible study, Live Brilliantly: A Study in the Book of 1 John. We will study powerful verses as we come to understand that “God is light and in Him is no darkness at all” (1 John 1:5) and “If we walk in the light as He is in the light, we have fellowship with one another, and the blood of Jesus Christ His Son cleanses us from all sin” (1 John 1:7).

Join us each Tuesday, September 10 - November 12, 9:30 am or 6:30 pm at Calvary Albuquerque or 6:30 pm at Calvary Santa Fe for a semester of powerful teachings, heartfelt worship, intimate small groups where we learn to put the Scripture into practice in our everyday lives, and two Do It Yourself (DIY) Days in which we will learn an easy craft with a spiritual lesson.

This is one study you won’t want to miss as we learn what it means to walk in the light of the powerful love of Jesus Christ.

For only $20 per semester or both semesters for $35, you'll receive the notebook, homework, weekly lectures, study notes, online access, and additional materials for two DIY Days. An age-appropriate children’s program is available on a limited basis during the morning session (Calvary Albuquerque campus only); cost is just $5 per child per semester.
