Fit Tips for the Temple of the Holy Spirit

"...your body is the temple of the Holy Spirit who is in you...therefore glorify God in your body and in your spirit, which are God's" ( I Cor 6:19-20).

Since exercise was my job, I never paid much attention to my diet. I ate anything I wanted. Recent career changes have caused me to reevaluate my routine.

Develop Discipline

  •          Establish portion control
  •          Establish accountability

Befriend Balance

  •          Balance meals by making a salad
  •          Balance exercise boredom with variety

Embrace Grace

  •          Go easy on yourself
  •          Remember, you are fearfully and wonderfully made (Ps 139:14).
